## Welcome to Clave Collective 💃🕺
Clave Collective is about connection — starting with dance.
I fell in love with salsa about three years ago, and since then I’ve spent countless hours taking classes, trying different studios, social dancing, learning, struggling, improving, and discovering just how much joy dance can bring into your life.
I’m not a professional dancer or instructor. I’m simply passionate about salsa and want to create the kind of space I believe more people need: safe, comfortable, welcoming, and without egos.
We’re starting with Salsa 101 — a low-pressure way to take your first steps, learn the fundamentals, practice, make mistakes, ask questions, and meet other people along the way. No experience necessary. No judgment. Two left feet are absolutely welcome. 😊
But Clave Collective is ultimately about something bigger than salsa. The idea is to bring people together through shared experiences. Dance is where we’re beginning, but over time the Collective may grow into other activities centered around movement, wellness, friendship, and community.
