**BACKYARD PARTY – END-OF-SUMMER CELEBRATION**

We’re wrapping up summer in style! Join us for a fun, festive backyard party to toast the end of summer and welcome fall. This is the perfect chance to connect with familiar faces from our amazing Meetup group and meet new members – all in a relaxed, lovely backyard setting.
A spread of crowd-pleasing food paired with plenty of drinks will be ready for you, and (fingers crossed!) we’ll have perfect late-summer weather. It’s always so nice to gather as a larger group, and after our sold-out June BBQ with 60 people, we expect this one to fill quickly – so sign up soon!
I’ll be organizing everything from the menu to the setup and adding a little unexpected element of fun to make the day even more memorable. So… there’s nothing to bring except yourself (and maybe your favorite liquor if you want a cocktail).

Food: A generous buffet with a variety of favorites to satisfy all tastes, with non-meat options available. If you’re vegetarian or gluten-free, please message me privately so I can plan accordingly.
Drinks: There will be a variety of beer, wine, and soft drinks. If you’d like a mixed drink, feel free to bring your favorite liquor – we’ll have mixers ready!
Cancellation: If something unforeseen comes up and you can’t attend, the LAST DATE FOR REFUND is September 4. After that, refunds are not available — but you’re welcome to find someone to take your place and simply notify me of their name. Since there are many party expenses in advance, I won’t be able to issue refunds after September 4.
Weather Note: This is an outdoor event, and the RAIN DATE is Sunday, September 21. If you know in advance that you can only attend Saturday, please understand that no refund will be issued if the event is moved to the rain date. You’re welcome to give or sell your spot to someone else and let me know their name. I’ll monitor the forecast and make the final call by September 17. If both dates are rained out, and you cannot attend the new date, a full refund will be provided.
