Aga is a certified Hatha Vinyasa yoga teacher, breathwork facilitator, retreat leader and transformational coach passionate about creating spaces that help people slow down, reconnect with themselves and find greater emotional clarity and calm. She has guided students through healing and self-development experiences across Mexico, Colombia, the UK and Spain.
Her sessions blend together yoga, breathwork, reflection, mindfulness and somatic practices to support nervous system regulation, self-awareness and deeper connection to self.
