May Day festival at Brixton windmill

Join us for a celebration of seasonal folk traditions, live music, and family fun. Don't forget to spread the word!
Where and when to meet ?
At 1pm We will meet at the Pret a manger that is on the right as you walk out of Brixton tube station.
We will stay at pret for about 15 minutes, we can get to know one another while we wait for people to arrive. I will post a WhatsApp link and hopefully a Telegram link. The Telegram link will be mainly for those who do not want their phone number to be shared.
I will most likely be wearing blue glasses, so that you can recognise me. I will also put my live location on so that when Arrive we can split it and still be able to find one another.
We will walk down to the windmill at 1.15pm.
After we have had enough we may go for a drink elsewhere.

🎶 Festival Highlights
Traditions: Jack in the Green Parade (3:15pm), Morris Dancing (3:45pm), and May Pole dancing (4:15pm).
Entertainment: Live music from three local bands and Milling demos (2pm–4pm).
🎨 Activities & Food
Workshops: Flower crowns, mask making, and nature activities.
Refreshments: Clarkshaws beer, Pimms, and hot food from En Root & Deuce.
Market: Local bakery stalls, windmill shop, and cafe.
Looking foward to see you guys, should be very interesting and unique experience.
