#### What to Expect on this Evening

• Food & Drink: You are welcome to enjoy food and drinks throughout the evening. Please note that you will be expected to cover the cost of any food or drinks you order. The event is designed to be a social gathering, and we do not make any profit from your consumption.
• Respect and Enjoyment: Above all, please be respectful and considerate to one another. This is an evening to connect, not only to eat and drink but also to build relationships and embrace diversity.
• When You Arrive: Upon arrival, your name will be placed in a bag, and you will be asked to pick a name from the bag to pair with someone for an icebreaker activity.
• Two Truths and a Lie: To break the ice and start conversations, we will play a fun game called Two Truths and a Lie. Each person will share two truths and one lie about themselves, and the others will guess which one is the lie. It's a great way to learn unexpected things about each other and spark conversation.

#### What We Do Not Tolerate

1. Discrimination or Harassment

• Any form of discrimination based on race, gender, nationality, religion, sexual orientation, disability, or personal beliefs.
• Harassment, including offensive comments, gestures, or unwelcome advances.

2. Bullying or Intimidation

• Verbal, physical, or emotional intimidation or actions intended to demean or isolate others.

3. Inappropriate Conduct

• Disruptive behaviour, excessive alcohol consumption, or any actions that compromise the safety and comfort of others.

4. Hate Speech or Violence

• Threats, violent behaviour, or hate speech of any kind.

#### Reporting and Consequences

• If you experience or witness any behaviour that violates this policy, please report it immediately to the event organizer or designated staff.
• Attendees found to be in breach of this policy may be asked to leave the event.
