South Bay Monthly Ride (Los Gatos Creek Trail)

This month's South Bay Monthly Ride will be on the Los Gatos Creek Trail. Lunch/break at the Farmer's Market in Los Gatos Town Plaza Park. Meet in Campbell, CA at the end of Willow Street in a parking lot for Blackford Elementary School.

Arrive by 9:45 am. Wheels roll 10:00 am

Pace: 10-12 mph, casual/conversational

There is no restroom at the meeting spot so plan accordingly. The first restroom opportunity on the route is at Campbell Park, about 1.7 miles from the start.

SOME interaction with vehicular traffic should be expected. For example, bike paths sometimes cross streets or use streets for short sections.

Group effort needed to ensure no first-timer to a trail makes a wrong turn or gets left behind. Riders who do not know the trail have to let others know and find out which one(s) are their navigation helpers. All riders should be able to maintain the pace posted (10-12mph).
