Concord Walk-About

While the snow has been good for skiers, it has made our typical walks more challenging. Let's get together where sidewalks and paved paths are likely cleared and even sanded.

Starting from Concord Center we'll walkabout town to include Sleepy Hollow and/or Old North Bridge.

Park at the municipal lot nearest 139 Keyes Road (on either side). If lots are full, check out lot behind shops across Main St. (right on Walden St. then immediate right between buildings). Bathrooms at Visitors Center.
After the walk we'll stop in at Cafe Nero for a snack and warm drink. Generous space in two rooms with fireplace or long table.
Group rules:

• You must be signed up to attend the event.
• Only sign up for events if you intend to show up.
• Wear sturdy footwear and appropriate clothes for the weather.
• Bring water.
• You assume all risks when participating. Group leaders are volunteers and are not liable for any harm or injury to you or others.
• We will take off about 10 minutes past the starting time.
• If you sign up for an event but will not be attending, please change your response.
• Check Meetup for cancellations and changes in meeting times and locations before each event.
• Stay on the right side of the trails.
• Be kind to each other.
