July Virtual Papercrafting Event (Beautiful Butterflies)

Our July Virtual Papercrafting Event will focus on the Beautiful Butterflies bundle which is also a hybrid embossing folder with die bundle. There is 6" x 6" DSP titled, Beautiful Bokeh, that goes with the set and enhances the bundle beautifully. You don't have to get it but I will be using it to create at least one of the cards.

Although we have used the Bokeh technique before, we will also be using it to make some bokeh paper. This is a technique some of our new group members have not done yet and is one that is nice for the rest of us to visit.

We will make 4-5 cards, with at least one of them being a fun fold. We will learn or revisit the bokeh technique, and all of them will be unique and cards that can be used for any occasion, depending on the sentiment you add.

Participants will receive a tutorial for each card we will make. Each will provide the supply list, a tutorial with step-by-step instructions, and a picture of each card front and the inside, along with one of the decoration on the envelope. The photo can be used to guide you as you make your card.

For those participants who have purchased the focus stamp bundle in my Stampin' Up! store, there is no event fee. Others can join by paying the event fee of $10.00. An invoice with a PayPal link will be sent once these participants RSVP.

Tutorials and a tentative event schedule will be sent the week of the event, so participants can cut papers and cardstock, gather materials, and prepare for the event.

Folks are welcome to participate even if they do not have the stamp bundle or papers. Shop your stash and choose a stamp set similar to the one we are using. Then follow along.
