Muchos equipos técnicos parecen funcionar… hasta que te das cuenta de que todo depende de ti: tú empujas, tú decides, tú apagas fuegos. Y mientras el negocio crece, el equipo no responde como debería: mínima iniciativa, decisiones cuestionadas, poca claridad y una tensión constante en el día a día.
La mayoría intenta arreglarlo con más procesos, más control o más “buen rollo”. Pero el verdadero bloqueo suele estar en un nivel más profundo: creencias, tensiones emocionales y dinámicas invisibles que sostienen (o sabotean) el rendimiento del equipo.
Si lideras solo desde normas y estructura, consigues obediencia, pero no compromiso.
Si lideras solo desde cercanía, consigues buen clima, pero no respeto.
La clave es aprender a liderar desde ese punto donde se generan acuerdos reales, relaciones sanas y equipos que avanzan sin depender de ti.Dirigido a: CEOs, emprendedores, managers y líderes que gestionan un equipo técnico en entornos IT.

En esta pequeña charla veremos cómo podemos desacoplar el núcleo importante de nuestro proyecto empresarial, o lógica de negocio, para que no dependa y esté acoplado al framework específico, lo que nos garantiza el poder tener nuestro núcleo del negocio sin ninguna dependencia externa y poder usar cualquier framework o traspasarlo sin necesidad de cambiar ni una línea de código.

In this talk we will gain insight into how AI can act as a bridge across domains, transforming the overwhelming scale of modern research into a proactive engine for discovery.
In an era where thousands of papers are published daily, even the most specialized experts struggle to stay afloat. However, the sheer volume of global research represents more than a management challenge—it is a massive, untapped resource for discovery.
In this session, we will explore how AI can transform the vast body of scientific literature into an interconnected system of concepts and entities. Moving beyond simple search and efficiency, we discuss how modeling the evolution of knowledge enables us to uncover “scientifically plausible links”—hidden connections across domains, such as biology and medicine, that are supported by data but have not yet been articulated in print.
By leveraging AI to bridge these silos, we can move from managing what is known to predicting the next frontier of scientific breakthroughs.
