* **Track Record:** Previously bootstrapped a venture to **+$15M ARR** and founded multiple startups including Aldara and RapidAnd.
* **Background:** A prolific builder and hackathon winner (HackUPC, AngelHack), Daniel combines deep technical expertise in AI and JavaScript with a relentless drive for product growth.
    
* **Sergio Espeja (Co-Founder, HeyDiga)**

A computer science executive with over 25 years building software and 20 leading engineering teams, Sergio is a hands-on leader with an entrepreneurial drive and a proven track record of scaling world-class tech organizations.

* **Current Focus:** Advisor and tech executive, leveraging decades of experience helping companies navigate growth, engineering leadership, and product strategy.


* **Experience:** Most notably served as CTO at Jobandtalent for over 9 years — scaling the engineering team from 5 to 150+ remote engineers across multiple cultures, from seed stage through Series E, at a company valued at USD 2.4 billion and backed by SoftBank. Previously founded his own startup in the gastronomical video space, and held CTO and individual contributor roles across universities, startups, and large enterprises.


* **Expertise:** Specialises in scaling engineering teams, remote multicultural leadership, long-term tech vision and strategy, and navigating every stage of a company's growth cycle.


* **Taras Yarema (Co-Founder & CTO, Desplega labs)**

A passionate technologist and builder with a strong mathematical background, Taras is currently co-founding his latest AI venture in Barcelona, where he has been deeply embedded in the startup ecosystem for years.

* **Current Focus:** Co-founding **desplega.ai**, his newest AI-driven project, after exploring innovative solutions in the QA space and data platforms.
* **Experience:** Brings extensive hands-on experience from his years at **Capchase**, where he rose to Senior Software Engineer & Technical Lead, spearheading the development of the Capchase Pay product, owning critical payments infrastructure, and building a real-time data platform serving live metrics across applications. Previously worked at PremiumGuest and PartyAdvisor, gaining full-stack expertise across a wide range of technologies and cloud environments.
* **Expertise:** Specializes in **AI, data platforms, and full-stack engineering**, with deep knowledge in PostgreSQL, React.js, Python, AWS, and modern backend architectures — with a founder's mindset for building products from zero to one.
