As a Valuist Philosopher, I am interested in helping people achieve the most out of their lives and I believe that the number one life-changing idea is that the purpose of your life is The Pursuit of Happiness.

Unfortunately in the modern day, Happiness has become a vague idea indeed, people use it to mean chemical pleasure, dopamine release, emotional highs, fun experiences, deep personal satisfaction, endless recreation, lethargic relaxation and much more.

But the more we widen the definition of Happiness, the less clear it becomes, and the less it's worth pursuing.

This 45 minute Sunday presentation is here to clarify Happiness as a flourishing lifestyle of non-contradictory value achievement.

To help explain what I mean by this, I'll offer a few useful metaphors such as the Climate-Lifestyle Framework, where climate represents a lifestyle that produces a emotional weather that fluctuates around an average temperature.

For example; The warmer the climate, the more joy you'll experience on average, because you have good relationships, health and purpose.
VS
A colder climate, with bad relationships, poor health and no purpose, that produces less non-contradictory joy on average.
