• What we'll do
We begin with meditation, transition into a devotion, and end with yoga flow during this hour-long session. This activity is open to all levels of experience, including new yogis.

• What to bring
Please dress in yoga or exercise attire and bring your mat, water, and a friend. Extra mats will be available.

• Important to know
We meet on the third floor. Parking is available in the garage under the building.
