We would like to invite you to join our regular meditation class in New Malden.
Research on meditation has shown that this practice generates many health benefits. This includes better stress management, improved quality of sleep, increased clarity of thought, increased self awareness and compassion in everyday life.
Using breath work we will enter a deep state of relaxation followed by a guided inner journey.
The class is for both beginners and regular meditators. It will be 1 hr in duration. Please arrive 10 mins prior to the class so you can settle into the space. We encourage you to bring a yoga mat or cushion to sit on and some warm clothing so you will be comfortable during the class.
