Facilitated by Ksenia Ermakova & Zach Reynolds
Ksenia has a deep-rooted passion for startups and the entrepreneurs who lead them. An entrepreneur herself and ex corporate, she now coaches full time. She believes that entrepreneurs should have access to the professional coaching & training usually reserved for corporate executives. That belief inspired her and Zach to bring The Art of Connection experience to the South African startup community.
Zach is a lawyer by profession. He helped build the one man property department of a small London, West End law firm into one of the leading teams in the prime central London market place and is a leading practitioner in the property field. Zach has always been interested in the dynamics of team and the relationships that are necessary for the team to be successful. Keeping ahead of the competition requires new ways of thinking and Zach has turned to the world of coaching and leadership for further inspiration. This had a significant and transformational effect on the team dynamics.
Both Ksenia and Zach have learned a lot about partnership from their co-leading relationship preparing for this workshop and they believe that magic happens when we are connected and lean into the relationship 100%!
There is no way to think through your struggles. You can only experience, feel, and talk your way through them. If you are an entrepreneur with a desire to grow as a leader - this is the experience for you!
