'THE LAB' is an outdoor fitness series created by certified personal trainer, wellness advocate, and founder of 'Taylor Fitness'; Chanice Taylor. What started as a weekly workout meetup between 3 friends, has become a family of 7+ team members, dedicated to helping each other reach their personal fitness goals.
[L] : LEARN proper form & technique to get the best out of your workout.
[A] : APPLY what you've learned to your daily routines.
[B] : BUILD confidence, strength, and community.
This is the fun, inclusive, educational, and affordable alternative for people who are looking for that one-on-one training experience. We're creating a safe space for community members to train, learn effective fitness techniques that can be used at home, and be part of a team whose members hold each other accountable.
Sessions are created for anybody who is up for a fun, energizing challenge! Coach Taylor offers modified versions of each workout, and works closely with team members to correct form & technique.
All fitness levels welcome!

1:05PM - Workout w/ Coach Taylor!
1:55PM - Group stretch + Cool down
2:00PM - Traditional post-workout team lunch at a nearby healthy eatery. We'd love it if everyone could join us for this! But if not... we get it... it's cool... wuteva.

A Yoga Mat or Towel (for when we do crunches, stretches, etc.)
