The first part of the meetup will consist of 3 short talks covering different aspects of Data Viz (more details to follow soon!). The final hour is reserved for networking.

Our Presenters:
Jeppe Morgenstjerne
Creative director at Ferdio, Denmark’s most famous (if not the only) information design agency based in the heart of Vestebro’s Kødbyen.

Jeppe will talk us through some of Ferdio’s self-initiated projects like Flag Stories (https://flagstories.co/) and the Dataviz Project (https://datavizproject.com), the latter picking up a Information is Beautiful Award at the time of release in 2017. Apart from sharing what goes into a successful dataviz project, he will also shed some light onto Ferdio’s information and data design process.

Rasmus Christiansen
Data strategist specialising in R, analytics and data visualisation and working for IMPACT Extend, a data-driven marketing agency.

Rasmus will talk about “data cockpits” - dashboards combining various sources of data in one place, visualised in effective ways to allows marketing managers to make more informed, effective decisions towards reaching their goals

Kirstin Lyon
Tableau specialist at Novozymes. Volunteer at Copenhagen Trampoline Club helping coaches see and understand their data to improve athlete performance.

Kirstin will discuss her work with Copenhagen Trampoline Club where she has built dashboards to monitor individual athlete performance in the competitions for the last 3 years.
