Black Nurses Present Oral Histories - "Surviving Pandemic Emergencies"

Greetings and Happy New Year to all our Supporters and Friends,

Yes2Kollege Educational Resources, Inc.'s African American Women's Health Legacy (AAWHL) program and the Capitol City Black Nurses Association (CCBNA) would like to take this opportunity to invite you to view our 3rd Annual Black History Month Past, Present, & Future Celebration video, "Black Nurses Present Oral Histories - Surviving Pandemic Emergencies".

Each year we have recognized our rich legacy of nursing professionals, staged at the Brickhouse Gallery & Art Complex, but this year due to Covid-19 and our commitment to shelter safely, we have produced a series of interviews with our dedicated nursing professionals collecting their thoughts on the nursing profession, the pandemic, and our healthcare futures.

Please follow this link to our video in Vimeo, as we hear from nurses, Reverend Dr. Alice Baber Banks (Retired/Past), Dr. Ricky Norwood (Present), and two of our graduating nursing students - Charde' Vance, and Roxanne Dosty. You may also visit our website at www.yes2kollege.org to access the videos.

These interviews are available and will be permanently posted on Youtube and Vimeo for your viewing reference.

Sincerely,
Sharon Chandler[masked]
