Trying to lose weight is really hard and doing it alone is even harder. This group is for everyone who is serious about losing weight and wants support. I am building a weight loss community focusing on holding ourselves accountabe to achieve maximum results without judgements and pressure. We will be meeting regularly for chats and updates but I will also organise events such as calorie burning walks, cycling tours, group runs and yoga events to support our aims. I will charge a small amount of money for each event for group maintenance of about £1-£5.
As an Eating Psychology Coach I am also able and happy to offer my professional services to members of the group and I am happy to talk to you individually about that.
