A casual, fun group for all ages and experience levels enjoying the outdoors in the beautiful Tampa Bay area.

We also volunteer for community events such as Habitats for Humanity, Pinellas Clean-up and Walk/Runs.

We never leave anyone behind, we always watch out for each other and you don't have to be good at it..just be enthusiastic about trying.

🐠 Kayaking Weeki Wachee @ Mary's Fish Camp (Camping available)

Lets paddle Weeki Wachee & see if another manatee joins us! We'll launching from Mary's Fish Camp (they rent kayaks) and paddle down the Mudd River to Weeki Wachee River. Then paddle up the Weeki Wachee and end up at Rogers Park and lunch at Upper Deck (across from Rogers Park). Total[masked] miles ( medium difficulty against the current) This will be a shuttle so keep the need for extra patience & time in mind. Tent camping is available at Mary's. Mary's Fish Camp is an old staple on the gulf coast established in 1946 on the Mudd River in Bayport Florida. The Mudd river is fed by 2 natural springs the mud river spring and the salt spring that flows into the Weeki Wachee River just before the mouth hits the Gulf of Mexico. Mary's Fish Camp is known for its plentiful fish and especially mullett that run to the springs in front of the camp. Not much has changed at the Fish Camp since since 1946 its a piece of old florida and the beauty of the gulf coast! Lets do the fun trails at Balm Boyette . Built on old phosphate mining land, come see what Florida has to offer when we talk about "Florida Flow." Great intermediate trails that are fun, fast, and flowy, and throws in some of the most fun expert trails in Florida. Our signup was so huge (yay!) that he had to schedule us for >> June 22 << Let’s turn out and help 3 needy families find a home. Working with the local chapters of Habitat for Humanities to match us with a family/project in each county.
