Throat Chakra Full Moon Meditation and Reiki Healing

On this Full Moon in Capricorn, I will guide us through a meditation to help us clear, balance and re-energize our Throat Chakra. Throat Chakra Color can be Turquoise or Sky Blue, and governs Communication, Expression, Purpose, Integrity and Authenticity.
Organs associated with Throat Chakra are thyroid, hypothalamus, throat and mouth.
Crystals that support Throat Chakra are aquamarine, blue lace agate, turquoise, and azurite.
Essential Oils that support Throat Chakra are tea tree, frankincense, eucalyptus and peppermint.
After the meditation, as we sit in reflection, gratitude and peace, I send Healing Reiki Energy to the collective and each participant.
