Join us, here at Irvine Meditation! We have over 20 years experience in guiding students towards having a better life and better insight into who we really are. Our definition of meditation is "Letting go of everything that's not truly you". So that means say goodbye to baggage, worry, anxiety, sadness, monkey-mind, stress, and anything else that may cause us to not be happy and not be who we truly are. Life can be hard enough, so why let these things make our lives more difficult? After all, they are only concepts, an illusion, in our minds!

Besides letting go of negative things in our lives we will also get the opportunity to look deep within ourselves and realize why we do what we do. Examples would include, why do we worry about survival, why can't we focus or have higher self esteem, why are we so attached to a certain person, why do we think we have certain negative personality traits, why can't we let go of the past, why do we feel alone, or why can't we change certain things about ourselves?

Finally, moving beyond negative things and our personalities, we begin to discover a much deeper place within, the place of Consciousness and Universe Mind. Realize the True Spiritual dimension that is our original essence and home. As this aspect of our life grows we will discover that meditation is far more than having a happy and healthy lifestyle, it's about Truly Living and becoming alive.
