What we're about

This is a group where we all help each other through our past traumas that someone we thought was supposed to be loving or at least be a caregiver and ended up abusing us in one way or another. ASCA stands for Adult Survivors of Child Abuse. And that is exactly what we all are, SURVIVORS. If you are tired of feeling like a victim and want to feel more like a champion, then come join our community-based group and become part of our family. All are welcome. You can get more information at ascasupport.org.

Do not be afraid of coming out of your comfort zone and speaking out. Your voice will be heard and we do not pass judgments because we believe you and want to help you move on and remind you that love, peace, happiness, and goodness resides in all of us. If you want to become more than a SURVIVOR and become a THRIVER, than this is the group for you. Every once in a while, we will have what I like to call field trips. When I say field trips, I mean we will go out and have lunch or something instead of having a regular meeting. I want us to have fun at the same time because growth is more than just talking about our past, it's about living in the moment also. There will be no dues but anyone is welcome to chip in a buck or two here and there to help out with costs for any of our field trips that we do and go on.
