Anyone, of any age and skill level is welcome at our Meetup, you just need to be keen to learn! The aim is to introduce you to the tech world, even if you have never done anything like it before.
One of the biggest barriers to entering the tech space is feeling intimidated by how technical the work seems, and the fact that you may never have coded before. No worries! We have a mix of tech topics and soft skill topics, so there's something for everyone.

Sandra Vicente is a Software Engineer at Entelect who joined the tech industry through the 2025 Grad Bootcamp. She holds a BSc in Information Technology (Software Engineering) and previously gained experience at Deloitte in a QA-focused role, building a strong foundation in software quality and testing. She is currently working at ABSA CIB as the project’s first full-stack engineer, developing applications using .NET and Angular. Sandra is passionate about learning, solving problems, and growing her skills as a software engineer.
