This is a group for people interested in outdoor fitness classes. Classes will be 45-60 min and moderate level of intensity. The class will be taught by a licensed physical Therapist. Make sure you have been cleared for exercise by your doctor. To class you should bring small hand weights,A towel and some water. It’s summer so wear light weight exercise clothing and tennis shoes. You will need a parking pass if you want to park in the park. You can also park in the nearby neighborhoods if you don’t want to get a parking sticker. The bathrooms are open near the beach.
