I've been looking for groups for weight loss support and couldn't find one. So I decided to organize one myself. This group is for those who have or are currently on a weight loss journey. Some times we need that boast of motivation, as well as, people to help keep us accountable. It is easy to setup goals but harder to follow through with them. In my case, I am trying to incorporate more consistent weekly workouts to lose weight. And just become overall healthier as I age. So let's allow this meetup group to be a gentle reminder to be steadfast and consistent in what we are setting out to do.
