Join our master photographer David Deng with the exclusive 3-session workshop to capture the beauty of urban night scene and learn the secret techniques David used in his works in cityscape photography.

This workshop is for both entry level and advanced photographers.

Cityscape Photography with David Deng Session 1: Gears and parameters, how to prepare for a successful cityscape photo shooting trip

Date: 17 August 2019 (Saturday)
Time: 1:00PM – 3:00PM
Topic: Preparation for the cityscape night workshop: Gear & Techniques.

Limited seats are available for this workshop and it sells out fast, first come first serve, so register right away. Non-meetup members are welcome too.

You are encouraged to participate all three sessions (package with 10% discount, $180 in total) so as to learn about how a beautiful cityscape work is created from shutter-click to post-processing. Single session participation is possible however full sessions participants have higher priority to fill the seats.
Our first and third session will be recorded and can be viewed online in case if the lecture schedule is in conflict with yours.

In this session, topics about photography gear and critical night photography techniques will be covered in details to prepare everyone for the incoming outdoor workshop event in Session 2.
Cityscape is one of the most interesting and challenging topics in photography and is the expertise of our travel photographer David Deng for years. In this in-depth 3-session workshop, you will learn about how to capture the breath-taking beauty of the most amazing city in America, gain the knowledge of gears/accessories and develop your skill set in night cityscape photography. In our post-processing session, a step-by-step guidance will be given to bring your already beautiful photo to a more eye-catching, artistic level.
The ultimate goal of this workshop is to offer you, either a beginner or an advanced photographer, a fresh perspective in cityscape night photography.

Used to be an engineer, David Deng is an experienced full-time travel photographer with expertise in cityscape and travel ever since 2012.
In David’s photograph collections, his footprints are found in a big number of cities in North America, Europe and Asia. Combined with both commercial perspective and artistry, David’s work is widely used by big brands such as Yahoo, National Geographic, Forbes, The New York Times, etc. His works also appear in a big number of book covers, magazines, CD covers, post cards, calendar…

Till 2019, more than half a million licenses of David’s travel photos are granted to companies, organizations and individuals globally and are used in all kinds of commercial projects.
