Figure Study in Black and White Photography

## About this event

Join Billy "D" Dzwonkowski and Candice Riedel for a study on creating abstract or realistic images with light and the human form draped and unwrapped. In the workshop, you will have the opportunity to see first-hand how these tasteful photos inspire through creative lighting, appropriate posing, and composition. Bring your camera because you, too, will be participating in the shoot as you learn this popular genre of photography.

This workshop and shoot will take place in the JPI studio and be limited to 8 participants. To reserve your spot in the studio, register now or call the store @ (941)[masked].

Fee: $149 - Generally, models are usually tipped for their services and would be appreciated. Tipping is a personal choice and is at your discretion. There are no refunds for this workshop.

Camera Basics is designed for owners of new D-SLRs or Mirrorless systems. Topics that will be covered: • Exposure • Composition • Use of Lenses • Subject Development • Creative Thinking • Menu Navigation • Maintenance.

We are exploring beyond the camera buttons and into the craft of photography.

## About this event

Leaving the Automatic Zone but still need help navigating the photographer's road rules. Join Foto Dono as he guides you through manual settings and working with the exposure triangle (ISO • Aperture • Shutter).

What will be covered: Exposure Settings • Depth of Field • Freezing and Blurring Motion • Use of Lenses • Subject Development • Creative Thinking • Lighting your subject • Expansion & Compression. A basic understanding of your camera's navigational features will go a long way toward enhancing your experience in this course.
