As a part of Melbourne Design Week join us as we explore the need for and power of Design Thinking in the 21st century workplace.

This is an interactive round-table event, hosted by Geelong's Design-led Innovation Meet-up Group and coordinated by G2 Innovation.

We are in the fourth industrial revolution, but many businesses still operate a command and control like structure reminiscent of the first. Innovation will not thrive in these conditions.

Design Thinking offers the perfect antidote. It provides the comfort of a structure and process, but also embraces creativity, collaboration and flexibility.

Design Thinking releases businesses from the shackles of traditional command and control ways of working and allows people to enter into psychologically safe creative activities and take an experimental approach to developing ideas and creating valuable change.
