My name is Lisa Brisse & I am an Exercise Physiologist, Wellness Coach & Founder of State of the Heart Fitness in Santa Monica. The mission and purpose of State of the Heart Fitness is to nurture our hearts... physically, but also emotionally and spiritually as well, and we do through this activities that involve movement, mindfulness & meditation!
