What is EFT/Emotional Freedom Techniques or Tapping?
EFT-Tapping is a technique that uses a gentle tapping of the fingertips on the body's energy meridians. It is used to clear blocked emotions or energy.  It is a powerful de-stressor that can help eliminate negative patterns and beliefs.
