What we're about

We are a friendly and welcoming running group offering a safe and non judgmental space in which to talk about our mental health. We offer weekly runs of 5 km and run at the slowest persons pace so everyone is welcome.

The run is lead by two run leaders who are passionate about mental health and the benefit of physical exercise. We are not running coaches and we are not counsellors. We are here to listen, support, talk and encourage. Please join us if you want to have a run and have a chat in a relaxed and safe environment.
