Deep, authentic laughter can transform your whole day. Feeling stressed? Unable to cope sometimes with what life throws at us? Lets laugh together and bring back our inner natural laughter!

Laughter can give us a more light-hearted perspective and help us view events as 'challenges', thereby making them less threatening and more positive.

A good belly laugh exercises the diaphragm, contracts the abs and even works out the shoulders, leaving muscles more relaxed afterward.

And it provides a good workout for the heart.

A laughter session is a combination of laughter exercises, yogic breathing, playfulness and sharing our ups and downs of the week, usually ending with the amazing experience of Laughter Meditation.

The health benefits of Laughter are plentiful:

Increased level of health-enhancing hormones like endorphins.

Provides a physical and emotional release, such as pent up anger and anxiety.
