Come a little early the first time. Bring samples of your writing. You must be on the guest list to get through the gate and I MUST HAVE A LAST NAME. You can message or email me.
Pull up to the intercom in the LEFT LANE of the entry gate.
DO NOT FOLLOW ANYONE THROUGH ON THE RESIDENT SIDE.
Say you are here to see Steven Gresik of 305W.
We will be in the farther West Building. Park in any outside space.
Walk up the ramp to the entry, we will be in the room to the right of the glass doors. There will be a sign and you'll see us. Wave or knock gently on the window. The callbox can be a pain, this is easier.
