🎯 Group Goal
To create a community of people who develop both body and mind through martial arts, build strength and endurance, learn to act clearly and confidently in any situation, and apply these skills in everyday life.

🀝 Who We Want to Meet:
Those interested in martial arts, self-defense, movement psychology, and developing personal resilience. People aged 18 and above who are ready to learn, train, and interact in a friendly and supportive environment.

πŸ”₯ What We Will Do at Our Events:

  • Practice martial arts as a metaphor for life;
  • Develop attention, reaction, and the mind-body connection;
  • Increase endurance and physical strength;
  • Train self-defense skills, including with weapons and against armed opponents;
  • Practice in a playful format outdoors, in a natural environment.
  • Perform exercises for breathing, fascia, and natural movement;
  • Receive assignments for self-practice between meetings;
