Concert lovers

These 80s and 90s cover bands are usually pretty fun. But most importantly, this is a good chance to meet new people and make friends. If you don't see anyone you want to meet, come anyway. Bring a friend. Or 2. Or 3. The more people who sign up, the more people will want to sign up. We'll meet near the left end of the bar.

This is a Richmond tradition for 20 years. Be there unless you are in fact square. It's not the big one in December. But it's a lot of fun, and you'll meet some great people. These are not cover bands. They are local original bands that become tribute bands just for Punks for Presents shows to raise money for Christmas presents for needy kids. So you have a moral obligation to come and make friends with us. DO NOT be on the naughty list and make us go without you.

This year's July show, it's The Clash, The Pogues, The Decedents, and Black Flag.

There will be music. But that's not really the point. The point is watermelon. There is so much of it. Plus, there are a lot vendors, and a great opportunity to make friends in a chill, low-pressure environment. We'll walk around and check out vendors. You can come or go anytime you want.
