Ramona is a Reiki Master, Guided Meditation Coach, and is exploring changing her own eating habjts.
Together, let's explore our eating habits and get us all on track to having a better relationship with food.
Topics & scenarios include:
- "Clean your plate because of all the starving people ...."
- "Did you put on weight?"
- Exploring your predecessors' relationship with food.
Bring your questions, a journal and writing/drawing emplement, and an open mind.
Dress comfortably and sit wherever and however you would like. Feel free to set the mood, such as candles. It is OK to have your camera off. This is a safe place to listen in and/or share.
This meeting occurs every other week, unless there is a holiday. periodically, we will host in-person meetings and celebrations as we reach our goals.
This is not a weight-loss group. This is not a medical assisted or backed program. This is a group of people sharing their journey with food and manifesting a better relationship with food.
