Setting Boundaries is a 2-hour experiential workshop exploring boundaries as a form of self-connection. Through guided reflection, nervous-system awareness, and relational exercises, we will explore:

- the styles and types of boundaries,
- the risks, the common over-functioning patterns,
- how to set and hold boundaries,
- real life examples.

Let's do some work so that boundaries become an act of self-respect, emotional safety, and authenticity.
