Shoreline Lake Events, 3160 N Shoreline Blvd, Mountain View, CA, USPaddle4Good's free, incluisve, 1/2 day PaddleTogether event will serve 35 children with special needs with your assistance. We’ll help the children SUP, kayak, peddle-boat, play lawn games, & more.
It’s not necessary to have any prior experience to help. Each child is paired with a buddy for the event -- ideal for adults, teens, families, & work groups – it’s a fun & easy way to make a huge difference volunteering. We'll have skilled water teams to safely take the children paddling.

While the kids we serve have an amazing time building confidence & self-esteem by doing things they may have never thought possible, we also hear from volunteers that the experience had a profound impact on them as well.
The basic schedule as is as follows:

- 9-9:30am – participant registration / welcome & safety orientation
- 10am-12pm – guided water activities (kayaking, SUP, peddle boats) & lawn games
- 12pm-12:30pm lunch (pizza)
- 12:30-1pm – awards ceremony & participant goodbye
- 1pm-1:30pm – event teardown
The last few events have been over just after 1pm, so it could end early depending on how many volunteers we have to help with clean up.
Thanks again for stepping up in your community – we hope to see you on the 4th! We also hope you plan to join us on Oct 10th (Sat) at Shoreline as we do the same basic event.
