What we’re about
Hi there! I'm a thirty-something indie author in Saratoga Springs who writes paranormal romance and urban fantasy. I'm looking to form a small, casual, and supportive in-person group for other local indie authors.
This won't (primarily) be a critique group. The goal is to meet up once a week for brunch or happy hour to talk about the business side of self-publishing, celebrate wins, and trade tips on things like:
Marketing/Ads
Cover Design and Hiring Freelancers
Book Launches and Newsletter Swaps
Writers block and genre trends
Editing
If you're self-published (or planning to be), especially in the UF, PNR, or romance genres, and are interested in meeting up for a non-stressful, social/business chat in Saratoga, this group is for you.
