The Mill is streaming a live ONLINE EVENT trademark workshop August 11th and 18th from 4-8pm. We have representatives from the USPTO flying into The Mill to lead the discussion:

6:30 - 8pm: Hands on where you search for your own trademark

4 - 8pm: Filing preparation and how to file your trademark with the USPTO office

Get prepared:

1. Create a list of five different trademarks your considering
   Sometimes the trademark that you want to register is already locked up. So, you will want to have back-ups to consider.

These can be brand names, slogans, logos, or combinations of these.

• Five(5) different brand names
• Five(5) different slogans
• Five(5) different rough sketch logos.

2. List the goods and services that you intend to use with the mark.

• If you are in business, bring a list of your actual products and services you’re providing.
• If you are not in business, lists of the specific things they have a bona fide intent to use with the mark.
