This group is for anyone who wants to get fitter together, eat healthier, and be more active. Whether you want to lose weight, gain more energy, or simply stay motivated, all levels and goals are welcome.

I created this meet-up to bring people together who want to support each other by tracking progress, weighing in, motivating one another, and sharing information about healthy nutrition and physical activity. We come together to enjoy a healthy breakfast, move our bodies, and share experiences. Both in-person and online participation are possible, so everyone can join in a way that suits them.

Together, we work step by step toward a healthier lifestyle, with fun and motivation as our starting point.
