During the NFTBerlin unconference, despace is hosting a satellite event to bring communities together: artists, developers, platforms, cultural institutions, and those who are just curious about blockchain and NFTs.
Meet and mingle over drinks, discuss NFTs with experts and enjoy a small virtual NFT exhibition.
The event features three talks:

About:
@crcdng (Dr. Michael Straeubig) is a transdisciplinary theorist and practitioner with a focus on systems theory, playful design and posthuman positions. He received a Masters in Computer Science (Diplom-Informatiker) from the University Erlangen-Nuremberg and a PhD on the topic of designing playful systems as a Marie Curie Fellow from the School of Art, Design and Architecture at the University of Plymouth. Since April 2021, Michael has been a member of Hic et Nunc and Teia, art-focused NFT communities on the Tezos blockchain, where he acts in various roles as collector, artist, curator and developer.
Holly Wood is the Head of Artists Relationships at Rarible. With over two decades of experience supporting creators across the arts, sports, and fashion industries Holly served as the Founder / Director of Wood Society of the Arts, where she represented a curated selection of artists and spearheaded collaborations for luxury brands including LVMH, Dior, and BMW. Now an integral part of the Rarible team, Holly is dedicated to increasing the accessibility of blockchain technology to support creators worldwide tap into the creative and cultural capital of NFTs.
Paul Schmidt is an art enthusiast and collector who talks and writes about generative art. He is part of the team at fxhash.xyz, a generative art platform and marketplace.
Raphaël de Courville is an artist, streamer, and educator from Paris. His artistic work is an exploration of generative systems, patterns, interactivity, and time. In 2012 Raphaël co-founded Creative Code Berlin, a community that promotes collaboration between artists and coders. He lives and works in Berlin
despace berlin is a community that provides pathways for involvement in Web3 in the Berlin orbit, with a special focus on projects and opportunities in the Tezos ecosystem. It is created and curated by TZ Connect.
TZ Connect is a Berlin-based team that builds open-source software, provides support to projects and companies building on Tezos and bridges different players within the Tezos ecosystem.
