Hike info:
Difficulty: Super easy, even for families (kids allowed)
Path length: 3 km
Duration: 4-5 h (including breaks) depends on pace of the group
Distance: 6 km (round trip)
Altitude: 850-900 m
Elevation gain: 200 m

This is basically a walk on top of the mountain on a donkey trail linking few villages and farms together.
the hike is easy and recommended for families with, kind are welcomed to join above 6 years old.
anyhow, it is the parent responsibility to decide based on hike information on their kid's capability.

all cars can make it to the last kilometre where sedans cars have to park at the bottom of the mountain and jump in 4x4 cars driving uphill.
Only 4x4 cars can make it to the top of the mountain.

optional to have a late lunch or dinner in a restaurant on the way back.

Assembly location: will be shared on the WA group for only confirmed list.

Following is the carpooling sheet, drivers and passengers must fill it with all details so passengers who are looking for a ride will communicate directly with drivers.

note: fuel cost will be shared by passengers since the drive has to bear the cost of wear and tear

Contribution fees: AED 50/p
kids up to 10 years are free

Includes:
- Drinking water for the hike
- soft beverage after the hike
- Snacks.
- water and soap for washing and cleaning
- First Aid kit

Excludes:

  • Transport (shared ride as per provided carpooling sheet)
  • meals during and after the hike.

What to bring with you:
- Personal stuff (wet wipes, tissues, toilet paper, sun cream..)

  • Warm clothes and wind breaker during breaks.
  • Hiking gear: (boots and socks, bag 7-8 ltr, optional bladder, hat..)
  • food, sandwiches and snacks.
