Details:
Everyone is starving for camping after the hot summer, an opportunity to catch up with old fellows and get to meet new faces.
so undust and pack your gear and join us for unforgettable desert party under the stars and around bonfire.
we will have a powerful sound system to make loud noise and shake the sands.
there will be a portable caravan equipped with toilets and water tank for washing.
Camping is optional but recommended.
The camp site is located in between Dubai and Abu Dhabi (max one hour drive from both sides).
All cars can make it to the location, no 4x4 is required.
Included:
- Caravan with toilets and water tank.
- Powerful sound system with all associated auxiliaries.
- Wood for bonfire
- Disposable cutleries and kitchenware.
- BBQ gear.
- Hot drinks (tea, coffee, chocolate)
- Tables to serve the food.
- Shades for the group.
- First aid bag
- Lights
Excluded:
- Food and beverage: we will be serving only bbq gear and charcoal. everyone has to bring his own food and drinks for the night and next morning breakfast.
- Transport, everyone is in charge for his own transport however we will share rides using carpooling sheet, please fill in your details. Accordingly ride seekers can communicate with drivers who can offer seats.

What to bring with you:
- Camping gear (tent, mattress, chairs, sleeping bag..)
- Food and water
- Headlight or torch
- Snacks and your favorite drinks
- Personal stuff (wet wipes, toilet roll, change of cloth, mosquito repellant, sun cream..)
- Your party mood.
Cost: AED 50/p.
Kids up to age of 8 are free.
Terms & Conditions:
- Please remember that for all kind of events neither organizing Team nor any of the leaders/guiders take any responsibility or indemnify the participants against any injury, loss, or damage suffered during the event.
- Every participant is responsible for himself, his dependents, guests, staff, assets, and belongings.
- All guests shall be insured and legal residents, any illegality will be the responsibility of the individual.
- All participants/guests must maintain good manners and ethics against other members at all times and any act of violence or harassment will be dealt strictly and the membership will be terminated immediately.
- The organizer may cancel/reschedule the trip at any time based on weather condition or any other force majeure circumstances. For such cancellation/rescheduling the participants has the right to withdraw themselves and their guest from the event and full money will be refunded.
