ATX Design Jam

We're bringing ATX Design Jam back!

We're a community of more than 600 designers, makers, thinkers, and doers who believe we can create positive change in our communities through design.

We believe good design happens together.

That's why we create welcoming, hands-on events where people can learn new skills, exchange ideas, make meaningful connections, and tackle real-world challenges through collaborative design.

Everyone has a place at the table.

Whether you're a UX designer, product designer, graphic designer, researcher, service designer, developer, student, career changer, or simply curious about design, you're welcome here.

Experienced professional? Come explore new methods, share your expertise, and connect with people across disciplines.

New to design? No problem! We're all beginners at something. Our activities are designed to be approachable, practical, and collaborative -- no special background required.

What happens at a Design Jam Meetup?
Our events bring people together through a mix of:

• Hands-on design challenges and collaborative workshops
• Introductions to design thinking and service design methods
• Portfolio feedback and professional development
• Community conversations, networking, and creative exploration
• Opportunities to apply design skills to meaningful challenges

Some meetups focus on learning. Others focus on making, experimenting, or supporting our community. Every meetup is an opportunity to discover something new and learn from one another.

Come curious. Bring your perspective. Let's design better experiences together.

We can't wait to see you at the next meetup!
