Melbourne's best backgammon club!
Join us this and every Thursday evening at HUB 133 – 133 Thomas St, Brighton East.
- Friendly, private, and secure venue.
- $10 entry (entitles you to entry to the ‘free’ tournament, drinks and snacks).
- Ample free local parking.
- Boards are supplied, but you are welcome to bring your own.
- Drinks and snacks provided.
- Play starts at 7pm.
- No waiting around: new match pairings are generated quickly.
- You’ll never get knocked out!
- Our tournament system puts you in control of how many matches you play.
- No matches started after 9:45pm, but you are free to leave at any time.
Choose from two overlapping tournaments:
- The Free Tournament: play as many 5-point matches as you like or can.
- The $10 Prize Tournament: pay an extra $10 to compete in 5-point matches for a share of the night’s prize pool.
New to the game? Been a while since you’ve played? Not familiar with the doubling cube? We have assistance and coaching from friendly regulars to get you started – or re-started – and to help you with any issues that arise during your play.
