Donation-based Yoga Class: Vinyasa Yogasana

Peishan offers a traditional Yogasana class, always beginning with sun salutations that prepare both body and mind for moving meditation. She uses Asanas to connect with our bodies and resettle the mind, rather than using our bodies to "achieve" the Asanas. There's a strong emphasis on bandha, breath, and drishti, with plenty of opportunities to explore arm balances and inversions. Expect gentle hands-on adjustments, variations, and a focus on alignment and breath as you move with mindfulness, intention, and awareness throughout the uninterrupted seventy-five minutes.
