Yoga in the Park

We will start with breathing exercises followed by meditation and may even throw in some postures. The fee per session is £8. Please send me a message on 07976 880 994 so I can provide you with my bank details to transfer a nominal fee of £3 to confirm attendance. The remainder can be settled by cash or transfer on meetup. Please refrain from eating 1-2 hours before the session and ensure all morning obligatories have been performed else could lead to injury. Also please let me know if you are suffering from any conditions or injuries prior to class 🙏
