About the Band & Series:
This Saturday, August 15, we are heading to LACMA for a massive, FREE outdoor concert featuring The Luis Conte Band!
If you don't know Luis Conte, he is a literal Grammy-winning living legend and arguably one of the greatest percussionists on the planet. He’s been the secret rhythmic force on tour and in the studio for icons like Madonna, Santana, Eric Clapton, and Shakira. He is bringing his full band to blast a high-octane fusion of Cuban Carnival rhythms, Latin jazz, and soul right under the sunset.
- Latin Sounds: This is LACMA's premier summer concert series, celebrating world-class artists from Brazil, Cuba, Mexico, and beyond.
Where to Find Us (Meeting Point)
We will be gathering at the Smidt Welcome Plaza near the concert seating area starting at 4:30 PM.
