About

Time to head downstream and enjoy the beauty of running a Rocky Mountain river. We will cover river running tactics like safety and communication. Also look at how to read water, scout rapids and identify hazards. Plenty of time is spent on practicing basic river maneuvers as well as an introduction to surfing and playing in small river features.

Pre-Requisite: L2 course or comparable experience
Venue: Class II Section on the Arkansas River

Participation is at your own risk, I am not a guide and I do not perform 1st aide or water rescue.
